an idea on how to make the mobiles.

Your mobile must have:
1.
20 bottle caps (10 for facts and 10 for opinions
about Puerto Rico)
2.
Figures about different things that represent
Puerto Rico (parrot, flag, flowers like flor de maga, amapola, etc., el morro,
leaves, coconut, coqui, etc.) Do them in materials that make sounds.
3.
Place the strings in different heights.
